President of The Founder Capital and CEO of Nella Airlines is honored as Commander and elected Personality of the Year 2022 in Brazilian Entrepreneurship on foreign soil.
On the night of September 12, 2022, at the Pedro Ernesto Palace, in the City Hall of Rio de Janeiro, Maurício Souza received the Medal of Honor to the Entrepreneurial Merit President Juscelino Kubitschek, on the occasion, in addition to the tributes for the unanimous election as Brazilian Entrepreneur of the year in Foreign soil, Souza was also awarded the Commendation for Entrepreneurial Merit and becomes Commander.

According to Maurício Souza, the recognition and winning of medals means that it is working, that he did what he should have done. And this is the best proof of gratitude and recognition that a citizen and entrepreneur could receive. Souza reinforces that in the midst of an extremely adverse scenario, it was necessary to reinvent itself.
