AMASZONAS AIrlines undergoes successful restructuring after being acquired by The Founder Capital and has bold plans for the Latin American market.
The company's restructuring took almost a year, and involved negotiating leasing contracts, labor, tax and supplier debts, in addition to adjustments related to safety standards.
Today, strengthened, the Company is preparing to open new routes and has bold plans for the Bolivian market and other Latin American countries. The company within The Founder Capital Group responsible for the technical and commercial restructuring of Amaszonas is Nella Airlines.
